2. What are the symptoms of liver disease?

Symptoms of liver disease can include jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), abdominal pain, swelling, fatigue, unexplained weight loss, and dark urine.

3. How do I know if I need a colonoscopy?

You may need a colonoscopy if you are experiencing symptoms like unexplained weight loss, persistent abdominal pain, blood in your stool, or have a family history of colorectal cancer.

4. What is a liver function test (LFT), and why is it important?

A liver function test measures the levels of enzymes, proteins, and other substances in your blood to assess how well your liver is working. It's crucial for diagnosing liver diseases such as hepatitis or cirrhosis.

5. What should I expect during an endoscopy?

During an endoscopy, a flexible tube with a camera is inserted through your mouth or rectum to view the digestive tract. It helps diagnose conditions such as ulcers, gastritis, and colorectal cancer.
